Who is the "user"?
The user is every person who can sign in to Sortio. Typically, the user is the business owner and all of his teammates who use Sortio. Contacts in Sortio are not users so you can have as many contacts as you need without being charged for them.
Are there any limits at all?
No. You can use all the tools in Sortio. Invite as many users as you like. Create an unlimited number of contacts, tasks, notes, deals, projects, invoices and board posts. You can start an unlimited number of conversations and add an unlimited number of comments. Sortio has no limits at all.
What happens when the trial’s up?
At any time during the trial, or once the trial is up, you can decide what you want to do. If you want to continue, we’ll ask for your your billing details. If not, you can cancel your account — no questions asked.
What if I need more than 30 days to evaluate Sortio?
If you need more time to evaluate Sortio, just let us know and we’ll happily extend your trial for a few more weeks.
